Scottie's publications teach two types of Bauernmalerei painting: wet-in-wet (Books 1-4 and 6, the typical look of Bauernmalerei) and wet-on-dry (Book 5). Scottie's painting books, video and packets were designed for all levels of painters — beginning, intermediate, advanced and teachers. Scottie's quick and easy style of Bauernmalerei using acrylic paint is particularly wonderful for first-time painters or for folks who wish to complete a quick project to teach or for a gift. Also it's the perfect style of painting for large pieces of furniture! And the best part is that anyone can learn that has the desire to learn, the time to practice and follows the step-by-step directions in Scottie's books and video! The shipping and handling fee within the US is $4.00 for the first two books; $5.00 from 3-5 books and $6.00
for 6 books and up. All will be shipped by Media Mail except an order for one book which will usually go first class. Shipping fees are subject to change without notice because the postal service raises the fees frequently.

Shipping to addresses outside of the US 
I am sorry to say I no longer ship to addresses outside the US. The international postage rates have risen astronomically so that it's no longer feasible to mail books overseas. 

If you really want a certain book, check eBay and Amazon. Sometimes painting folks are giving away or selling books they no longer use.

The Meier Haus Doll House UNFINISHED Shell  is no longer being commercially made. Click here for the details if you wish to make it yourself and order the plans below.  The doll house shell is 30" high x 27" wide x 16" deep. The scale is 1:12 (standard US scale) with four rooms on three floors. It is front-opening for easy play/display. The front is completely removable and could also be hung on the wall for display. It is held onto the house with magnets.    Doll House Measured Drawings (Plans)  (to build your own doll haus) $10.00 Measured drawings are available for the house so you can build it yourself (not a kit). (Scottie's was made from 3/8" birch plywood good on both sides.) For the house only;  does not include balsa wood trim patterns for the balcony, shutters, window mullions, etc.
